how to send snmp trap to 3rd party application

i want to send snmp trap (alerts generated by nagios ) to 3rd party application.
The pre-requisite for SNMP integration is MIB file and Nagios should be configured to send traps to 3rd party tool.
how do i find .mib file.
i checked in below path
/usr/share/snmp/mibs

there are lots of files available.

kindly help.
