Thanks for your help. I got the issue. Actually I was using API key instead of ticket.

Now it's working fine.

@sgoffar, Glad you figured that out. I'm going to close this thread but if you encounter any other problems go ahead and open a new one.
As of May 25th, 2018, all communications with Nagios Enterprises and its employees are covered under our new Privacy Policy.
