Status Summary Link Issue?

When I go to the tactical overview page and click on any of the links:

Host -> unhandled problems
or
service --> critical

...I am brought to a new host or service status page. If I click on the links to a host status summary or service status summary.... the resulting page is sometimes blank even though there are 26 critical services or 10 hosts down.

To clarify for example:
My service status summary shows 2 unknown items. Clicking on the number 2 brings me to this page:
https://SERVERURL/nagiosxi/includes/com ... tustypes=8
But this page is blank.

Why does it do this?

I am running Nagios XI 5.4.11 and changes were not being made not has the state of the servers changed. I have refreshed the page and even logged back in.

Welcome back, @emartine. This link would only show services in an unknown state that belong to hosts in a warning state. Both conditions have to be met. That's quite an unusual combination. I tried to click on different links in tactical overview but none of them took me to the similar page.
