Running Nagios through HA Proxy

Post by smcdonald »

Hello,

We have setup Nagios to use port 8090 http going through HAProxy to allow monitoring from outside without a firewall. When viewing through HA proxy, the text is all garbled. Has can someone advise any settings in Nagios that can be done to have this render correctly?

Below are log examples Errors in Web development in firefox. I have xxxx my domain name.

Just double-checking: Is HAProxy configured for SSL/HTTPS?

Hi,

Yes HA proxy is configured for HTTPS.

I tried running both Chrome and Firefox with allowing insecure content, and everything is still garbled.

C:\Program Files (x86)\Google\Chrome\Application\chrome.exe --allow-running-insecure-content

I see you have a support portal ticket open for this, so I have referenced this thread in the ticket. I will be locking this thread and we will continue in the ticket so we can focus our efforts in once place.
