Here is the sudoers file.

The sudoers file looks fairly stock so that should be OK.
Have you tried to create a scheduled backup using another user account?

Hi. Yes I have tried setting a schedule using multiple user accounts, including nagiosadmin. Should I be raising a support ticket for this issue?

It would probably be best to open a ticket for this issue. You can do that at the following link.

We may need access to the MYSQL server for troubleshooting but for sure, we will need to dump the MYSQL databases to see if all of the settings were carried over when the database was migrated.
