Nagios XI installtion

Hi Nagios Support,

Our company bought Nagios XI with the support.

Customer number: XXXXX
XI License Key: XXXXXX-XXXXXX-XXXXXX-VSOUTV

I want to install Nagios XI on my machine what should I do for this? And how the license will be installed on the machine or another way to ask how Nagios XI will now that on my machine 10.146.1.100 is licensed?

please see the most updated installation i did:
1) my server is working in offline mode means we dont have access from this servcer to the internet.
2) this is why i run nagios instllation in oflline from: https://repo.nagios.com/
3) this is the error i got:

We will generate and email you a new license key to the email address provided with your account. If you'll have any license related questions in the future feel free to email [email protected]
Now, as far as the installation problem goes. Does your network have any known outbound limitations, perhaps your company is using a DNS?
Are you able to run:

yum update

Do you get any connection errors? Does your firewall block outgoing connections on the port 80 or 443?
Can you post the contents of /etc/resolv.conf file?

and we can't run yum clean all as we have on this server also other applications other then Nagios.

Looks like this server doesn't have access to a local epel repository. You could wget the epel rpm on another computer that has access to the internet, and then install it on this server.

i have installed epal and again failed on the instllation.

@Katya.Ailarov, It looks like your system is still trying to connect to the internet. Please navigate to:

cd /etc/yum.repos.d

Open the epel.repo file and changeenabled=1 to enabled=0.

If you'd have similar problems with other repos, you'd need to disable them as well.

Let us know if that resolved the problem.

This doesn't remove any applications, it just removes the cache. Please see https://access.redhat.com/documentation ... _yum_cache for details, but please attempt to clean the installation cache.

You mention you don't have access to the Internet. Are you using the instructions at http://repo.nagios.com/ ? If not, your install is not going to work.
