Yes, I would need to see the sections from the mrtg.txt that have to do with the device that is failing.

Thanks for the mrtg.txt file.
The Wizard uses the output of the cfgmaker command to create the service checks and since your device is not returning counter information for those ports, it cannot create the commands for you.
If you want to get the port status checks for those ports, you could copy an existing service check and modify it so you can get the status of those ports.
