Issue Sending emails to outlook distribution list groups

Hello Support Team

We are trying to configure sending notification emails to outlook distribution list groups

So when we test the distribution group from Admin -> Manage Email Settings -> Send Test emails -> Successful!

When we create a new user and configure it with an outlook distribution list group email

=> Emails are not being received even thought normal users that are in the group are receiving those emails normally

Issue us solved now after creating a user and not a contact
