when i am submitting passive check command, i am getting this error in logs:

When you did this before, did they should up in the nagios.log?
- i forgot to check them in logs last time
What happens if you change your notification command?
- can you please explain, what should be the command
Have your notifications ever worked on this server?
- this service check is there on all servers and it is working fine. we even don't preserve long history where i can check that we ever received alert for this server
Was there an upgrade in between it working and not working?
- no, there was no upgrade
no alert triggered on service down

@nky1986, Do all other notifications work as they should on this server? If you do have a support with us, I'd recommend to open a ticket: https://support.nagios.com/tickets/
