@bosecorp, Let's try this first: Navigate to the nagioslogserver installation folder, then cd into the
sourceguardian folder. Run this command to extract ixed4.lin files:
Then these commands in order:
And paste this line inside the file:
Save and exit. And the restart httpd with:
After this please run a ./fullinstall script one more time. And if it fails again please show us the output of the following command:
And upload the /etc/php.ini and /etc/php.d/sourceguardian.ini files.

@bosecorp, We do need to enable rhel-7-server-optional-rpms repository in order to be able to yum install php-devel.x86_64.

@bosecorp, Glad it all worked out. I'm sure that the original problem was also caused by the absence of this module. Locking the thread as resolved.
