I have nagios xi (version 5.4.4 and core 4.2.4),I know how to update the nagios xi .
but i have a question:
when I upgraded the nagiosxi to last version , and nagios core will upgraded to last version ?
Or nagios core must independent upgrade ?
if must independent upgrade ,how to do ?

The Nagios XI upgrade instructions can be found here: https://assets.nagios.com/downloads/nag ... ctions.pdf
Core will be updated as well, but not to the very latest Core version. The version of Core can lag behind because a new Core release needs to be tested against a new XI release, so there will necessarily be some delay.
