Upgrade Nagios

Hi Team,

We are plan to upgrade the nagios xi

Version
Latest Available Version: 5.4.12
Installed Version: 2014R2.6

Can we direct go for an upgrade from UI or we need to upgrade step by step? Please suggest

You should be able to go direct, but make sure you take a backup first in case something goes wrong. If something goes wrong, the step through the updates. You can find all previous versions at https://assets.nagios.com/downloads/nag ... rsions.php

My Centos version is CentOS release 6.3 (Final)

So its suitable for latest one.?

Yes, any version of CentOS 6 or 7 should do. Documentation for upgrades is available at https://assets.nagios.com/downloads/nag ... nstall.pdf as long as this is a standard install. Otherwise, you'll need to follow the instructions at repo.nagios.com
