I'm not entirely sure, but is RC Servers & Sandboxes Servers the only ones having issues when you click on the services list you mentioned before?

There's more than one way, but the easiest way is going to be to treat the failing XI server as a Core server and follow https://assets.nagios.com/downloads/nag ... ios-XI.pdf
