Active Directory Authentication Failing

so looking at the xi_options table i can see that there is actually a setting for 'active_directory_component_options' and this points to our legacy ad controllers that no longer exist. no where in the gui do i see a place to update this but it appears to be the parameter that nagiosxi is actually using vs the one that we are setting in the gui.

it appears there is an additional component for ad authentication. i was able to update this from the component menu and everything seems to be working as expected. closing this issue.
