Dashboards disappeared - Up. from 5.4.10 to 5.4.11 or 5.4.12

Hi.

We have an issue with the last Nagios update (5.4.12):

When i update the applications to the versions 5.4.11 or 5.4.12, all dashboards disappear from all users and only show the default welcome dashboard.

(see the attachments)

We need to restore a previous backup of Nagios XI to solve this issue.

We are currently unable to update the Nagios Version.

Can you go to the Admin > System Settings menu, click on the User Defaults tab and post which Language is setup on the Nagios XI server?
