SNMP Traps testing

After following your documents regarding sending snmp traps i would like to know ,
how do i test sending snmp traps to 3rd party tool ? what is command ?

The easiest way would be to setup a dummy host with a check that will report down.

It the trap sender is setup properly it should send the trap.
