Not able to reconfigure custom service

When we tried to reconfigure service it shows message -
"This service appears to make use of an advanced configuration using the Core Config Manager.
Unfortunately, due to this service not being bound to a specific host (perhaps to a hostgroup instead?) we are unable to link you directly to it.
You can use the link below to search the CCM for potential matches."

Please refer attachment for service entry in .cfg file and screeshots details and help me to resolve the issue.

I see you have opened a ticket for the same issue in our ticketing system, so I will be closing this thread. In the future please only open one or the other so we can focus our efforts. Thank you!
