Custom Variables

I just added a bunch of custom variables via the web interface. I expected them
to be stored in the standard *.cfg files, but they don't seem to be.

Where are they stored? I'm working on DR plan which involves copying the
*.cfg to the DR server and re-importing.

They should be in there, did you apply configuration?
