Upgrade from 2014R2.7 to 5.4.13 unsuccessful

Ok, thanks. Now when I check for updates it's showing I'm at the current version. However, the update history is not showing the recent upgrade. Nagios seems to be operating normally. Do you think resolving the php-ldap issue is something I should do before performing the next upgrade or is it something that should be resolved immediately? Screenshot attached. Thx!

if you use ldap I would say immediately, other wise it can probably wait, just keep your eyes peeled for any other anomolies as this wasn't a typical smooth upgrade
