AD Authentication - Multiple BaseDN

Post by nbelloli »

My active directory OU structure is complex meaning there are multiple levels deep in different OUs where I would like to select admin users.

When I add the top level BaseDN, i cannot drill down past the next level of folders. To get around that, I have provided Nagios with a deeper BaseDN path.

Aside from having to create multiple authentication sources, is there a way to provide Nagios multiple BaseDNs for one set of authentication servers? Or do I have to create multiple and remember which identical set of servers is linked with which BaseDN?

CentOS 6 64-bit

Thanks!

Hi, nbelloli. I see you have opened a ticket for the same issue in our ticketing system, so I will be closing this thread. In the future please only open one or the other so we can focus our efforts. Thank you!
