Unable to recieve mail notification for the added mail id

Hi Team,
I am unable to recieve mail alerts for any newly added mail id in my contacts and i cal able to recieve only initial configured mail ids. i have configured same as like the working contacts property to the new one. please help to resolve this issue to get alert notification for any newly added contacts.

Did you add them as XI Users? There is a difference, here is a doc explaining

No, I haven't added them as XI users and I need to receive them mail notification alerts without adding as a user , since they don't want to login the Nagios XI but they are only the application owners to get notified when any alerts for specific application. please suggest a possible method to get notified without adding on to XI user.

My real recommendation would be to create their user accounts for them and login once for them and turn on notifications.

You can create them as just a contact, but you need to verify the host/service notification commands you are using work and they cannot be the standard XI notification handlers as they require users.
