GUI Web Page garbled, Unable to display Chinese

When I Upgrade Nagios log server to version 2.0, webpage garbled, does not support and display Chinese .
It's work old version 1.4.4 before upgrading







The attachment is for blow .....

1. A profile taken under Admin > System > System Status > Download System Profile
2. A copy of /var/log/logstash/logstash.log
3. The output of the chcp command run on the 192.168.3.200 machine
4. A screenshot showing the details of one of these events

I was able to verify this on both 1.4.4 and 2.0.2.

1.4.4 worked with both simplified and traditional Chinese.

2.0.2 does not.
