My navigation in my Nagvis environment gets me to "Logged in: kuriam" there is no "Manage Users" menu, check on the attached screenshot.

I think you need someone to login to NagVis as the nagiosadmin user (who is a NagVis admin also) and add your role to be an admin in NagVis

Dear Sir/Madam,

I have logged in with my nagiosadmin credentials now I can confirm seeing WUI but I can't still understand why I logging with my kuriam (admin) username authenticated through active directory I could not get to see the WUI link.

It now works thanks again for you generous support

I think when you are logged in as the nagiosadmin user you will be able to follow the below procedure to make kuriam an administrator for NagVid
kyang wrote:Thanks for sending the screenshot.

You are logged in as "kuriam".

Does this user have admin access or just a regular user?

If you go to Nagvis --> User menu --> click "Manage Users" --> Select kuriam and it should list whether you are a Guest, Administrator, Manager, or Read-only user.

If you are not an administrator set yourself as one and then restart httpd and try to view WUI again.

Let me know how it goes.
