Nagios XI Up-gradation required on offline
Re: Nagios XI Up-gradation required on offline
How did you install Nagios XI on the first place? Did you perform an offline install or you did a "regular" install, and brought the server off line later on? What kind of issue are you currently having? Upgrading XI won't necessarily fix your issue. In fact, it is not advised to try an upgrade on a broken system.

Adding on to Ludmil's suggestions
Here is our document for installing in an offline environment
https://assets.nagios.com/downloads/nag ... onment.pdf
If you did not do this in the beginning you would either need to work through any dependency errors in the upgrade script
OR
Make fresh install using the above offline instructions BUT INSTALL THE SAME VERSION 5.4.0
then follow the backup and restore document to backup your original system and restore to the new one

Once everything looks good, and is running properly, you can upgrade using the latest offline tarball but instead of ./fullinstall you would run ./upgrade
