Need the metric report on a daily basis

Hi,

I am looking to get the metric report automated to receive on a daily basis. I don't see the same option in the report section.

Attaching the screenshot of the metric that needs to be generated for one of my requirement. Please advise.


Also please advise if the capacity planning report can get me the full details of the drive usage v/s availability. As given in my screenshot with name capacity planning it shows the drive usage as 0.4 whereas the drive the capacity is 30 GB so ideally, i am looking with a graph which can show me the total drive against the usage

For the metrics page, you should be able to use the "Scheduled Reports" button and send daily reports.

As for the graph to show the current disk usage and available disk space.

You can create a new graph using the "Graph Explorer" if you have data points that display the total drive and disk space being used currently as service checks.
XI Home Page --> left side under Graphs click "Graph Explorer" --> click the "Multistack Performance Graph" tab and select your data points.

Once it's created, you can throw onto your home page or anywhere else and use the "scheduled reports" if you wanted it as a daily report as well.

I'm posting an example of my custom performance graph. (I'm using two NCPA checks, 1. for total disk space in GB and 2. for disk space usage in GB)

It's not perfect, but looking at the legend. Green is total disk space, and blue is disk usage.

Hello Kyang,

I had already tried these options earlier but the application owner needs a report to be sent them in an excel or PDF format with the same data which was in the graph.

The scheduled report we don't have such option as current we have either the availability or SLA or capacity planning report which doesn't give us the same data points that graph shows.

Can you suggest on how i can extract the same data coming from graph explorer and scheduled that?
