timezone conversion after login

I am using local unix user + apache + ldap login approach.
My user is requesting to see if there is a way for Nagios Core to auto display the alert events from EST to CDT timezone.
Please advise.

Unfortunately there isn't an easy way to do this. The timezone used is applied system wide and to all core users.
