NCPA agent installation error on windows 2008 server

Hi Team,

we are facing error while installing ncpa-2.1.4 version on windows 2008 servers r2. i have attached error snap.
kindly help me ASAP.

Are you running the installer as an administrator? Do you have any av or security software on the system that may be preventing files from being written to that directory? Are there other files created in that directory?
As of May 25th, 2018, all communications with Nagios Enterprises and its employees are covered under our new Privacy Policy.

@cdienger thanks for help, after disabled the av security, i am able to install agent on servers.
