Hello Nagios,

Can anyone confirm that the offline upgrade upgrades components and wizards?

Confirmed. The offline repo will include updates to the components and wizards.
As of May 25th, 2018, all communications with Nagios Enterprises and its employees are covered under our new Privacy Policy.
