Hi,
I'm not sure if this is a XI or fusion question, I believe because the request is changing XI , it belongs here
In Fusion we pill in the the Service status details page
We have several XI servers
the Fusion is displayed on a large monitor in the Noc on the wall
the problem comes when a new alert pops up, it's hard to tell what server is alerting (XI) because it only shows on the sidebar, and that color change is hard to see from across the room
Is there a way to add our Name of the XI install to the "Service Status Details For All Hosts" to make it say something like "XI Name Service Status Details For All Hosts"
for the url that we pull in, it's the name, only the hostname changes

Customizing "Serice Status Details For All hosts"
Re: Customizing "Serice Status Details For All hosts"
What is the version of Nagios Fusion that you are currently using? How are you pulling the URL that you listed in your post? Are you using the "Custom URL" dashlet in Nagios Fusion, that added to a dashboard, then displaying this dashboard on the NOC screen?
A screenshot would be helpful to understand what we need to troubleshoot. Thank you!

Re: Customizing "Serice Status Details For All hosts"
I don't believe you can change the "Service Status Details For All Hosts" text, however I believe I have a workaround for you. Try the following:
1. Go to Dashboards > Manage Dashboards > Add a Dashboard, and add a new dashboard. You can name it as your Nagios XI server.
2. Go to Add Dashlets > Available Dashlets > Custom URL > Add this to a dashboard and added to the dashboard you just created in step 1. Copy and paste your URL (http://prdnagxi01.gspt.net/nagios/cgi-b ... rtoption=3) in the "URL" field. Enter the name of your Nagios XI server in the "Dashlet Title" field. This is what you are going to see on the top and the page. Click on the "Add to Dashboard" to add that dashlet.
3. Open the dashboard in a new tab (Dashboards > My Dashboards > right-click on the "new" dashboard > "Open Link in New Tab") and copy the URL.
4. Go to Views > Manage My Views > Add a View, enter a view title, paste the "new" dashboard's URL (obtained in step 3) in the "View URL" field, and click on "Add View".
The result: the name of your Nagios XI server will be on the top of the page, above the "Service Status Details For All Hosts". You could add different dashboards/views for each fused Nagios XI server.
Example of a View, where my XI is called "Nagios XI - Main Server": Hope this helps.
