connect to address serverip & port 12489:Connection refused

Hello,

I am trying to monitor windows server 2012, Installed NSCLIENT ++, i added some services to monitor by default from Configuration wizards. I am getting this error.

connect to address serverip & port 12489:Connection refused

when i checked on client machine

C:\Users\556382.BA>netstat -an | find "12489"
TCP 0.0.0.0:12489 0.0.0.0:0 LISTENING
TCP 0.0.0.0:12489 0.0.0.0:0 LISTENING
TCP [::]:12489 [::]:0 LISTENING

Please help me in this issue
