Problem with Performance Grapher

Hi there, I'm having troubles initializing a new Nagios. I had load a backup and this is the system status:

As you can see, the Performance Grapher is off. I try to start it on the web gui, but received an error, also tryed with the "service npcd start" command and nothing.

When you try and start the npcd services are there any errors in this log file?
