Error: Contact 'xxxx' has no service notification commands defined!
Error: Contact 'xxxx' has no host notification commands defined!
Been through the forum and done restores, etc. also tried ccm > CFM > Delete Files > Write Files > Verify Files > but it keeps failing
Help I'm pretty desperate now

Assuming xxxx is also an XI user:
Go to Configure -> CCM -> Contact -> Edit xxxx
Alert Settings Tab Set
Manage Host Notification Commands = xi_host_notification_handler
Manage Service Notification Commands = xi_service_notification_handler
Save Apply Configuration

Hi Scott
Fixed. It was actually a proxy issue. Set this to off in wgetrc and it saved the config
