I had made some changes in the "Notification Settings Management" section and "Configure->My Account Settings-> Notification Options " section.

However, after the changes, now Nagios stopped sending mail notification. I'm not sure what caused it to NOT sending notification.

so kindly help me to fix the changes.

Also, I've attached the screenshots of each notification configuration pages.

@thanigaivel.a, Hmm, your syntax worked for my XI. I think it might take 5-10 minutes for notifications to start working again after you make changes to the template.
Also, make sure that the host check/service check get into a Critical -Hard state and not a Critical -Soft state.

@thanigaivel.a, Please get a host or a service into a critical state. Then click on the Advanced tab and take a screenshot of the whole page for me.

Also, please send in your Nagios XI System Profile indicating the name of the host, and the name of the service.
To send us your system profile. Login to the Nagios XI GUI using a web browser.
Click the "Admin" > "System Profile" Menu
Click the "Download Profile" button
Save the profile.zip file and upload it to a cloud storage of your choice. You can share a link with me in a personal message.
After you upload the profile please post something in this thread to bring it up in the support queue.

Had attached the system profile and screenshot showing the advanced tab of a critical service state.
FYI. I'm guessing the issue got started once when I selected all users in notification management and gave deploy preferences/save template/load template. (Notification Management->Deploy to Users)

@thanigaivel.a, Did you check the enable notifications box + all appropriate notification types before deploying the template?
