when I checked the "Notification Preference" it was blank. so I checked required (Host & services). but after logout and login to the page, again it showing blank.

@thanigaivel.a, You'd need to select the right template under Available Saved Templates. I guess the most important part is whether you checked all the boxes before deploying new templates last time?
As of May 25th, 2018, all communications with Nagios Enterprises and its employees are covered under our new Privacy Policy.

Now again notification start coming, actually what I did, I've created a new template and selected the host/services boxes.
however, I'll monitor for another 1 day and let you know if any issue comes, upon the confirmation, you can close the ticket
