Performance graph for one disk is missing

Post by noweda »

Hello support,

we are checking many Windows hosts with CheckDriveSize and CheckAll via check_nrpe. With the check result we are getting the perfomance data that is correctly transformed into performance graphs on several hosts.

Now we have figured out that on one host a disk is missing in the graphs. The performance data for the particular disk is submitted correctly as far as I can see on CLI or "Advanced Status Details". But in the section "Capacity Planning" the graphs for that disk are showing the message "No data to display: 'NoneType' object has no attribute 'label'":

We are running Nagios XI Version 5.4.13 on a VM deployed out of your ova:

Linux Kernel 2.6.32-696.20.1.el6.x86_64 x86_64 CentOS release 6.9 (Final)
Gnome is not installed
PHP Version: 5.3.3

Please contact us under [email protected] if possible as I would prefer to send profile.zip via mail instead of posting it in the forum.

Thank you!

Best regards
Christoph

Did this check have less datasources (drives) in the past and then E was added?

If so, this process will fix the issue
