Some checks do not have perfromance graphs

Hi,
some of my checks give graphs and some of them do not have them , even after a month of the check being in service
I have not found any page that says "you do this and that to enable a performance graph"
is there a page like that?

Can you show us an example of a check that doesn't have performance graphs? From the Nagios XI web UI, go to "Service Status" ("Service Detail"), click on the service in question, then click on the "Advanced" tab, and show us a screenshot of this page.

Note: Not all of the checks return performance data. If the plugin that is used for this service doesn't return perfdata, there is nothing you can do. You could find a different (alternative) plugin on the Nagios Exchange that returns perfdata. If the issue is elsewhere, we will help you troubleshoot it. Thank you!

ohhh, I think you found it, this was a custom check our company wrote on it's own to query Sonic MQ using the qool tool, so it probably doesn't have perfdata built into it

I thought the graphs were built off of a record of the status of the last check, and so on.

Ya ther performance data is blank so no graph will be created.

Here is a link to the plugin development guidelines if you want to pass that on to your team and maybe they can modify the plugin to add the performance data output
