Service Hostgroup exclude button missing in 5.4.12

In version 5.4.12 the exclude box in the 'Manage Host Groups' screen is missing...

There's nothing in the change notes about this - I can see it still exists in 5.4.11, and it still exists for hosts in.12... just not hostgroups

I've checked this on several of my servers and they are all the same

This was resolved in 5.4.13

Fixed hostgroup excludes on service management page [TPS#12952] -JO
