It seems that NagVis is related to NagiosXI user account?
The NagiosXI admin had configured a NagVis map, but the other user who has the admin right can't see that map?!
How to configure one NagVis map profile for all other users(admin right) can see and setup?
How different user login NagiosXI can see same NagVis map...

On the Nagvis page there is a "User menu"
Under it, there is a "Manage Roles" where you can choose which roles can do what to which maps.
