Maintenance mode - Host and services

We are trying to establish maintenance mode on batches of servers that are going to be patched at different time intervals. We are trying to perform this by using the console or script for Nagios XI.

Does anyone know of a way to put the host and services on many servers at the same time and schedule start of maintenance mode and end of maintenance mode? (please)
