Monitor Dell EMC SAN Storage @ Nagios XI

We have deployed storage and we need to monitor the Dell EMC storage services,hardware with NagiosXI.
Model: Dell SCv3020.
Please provide knowledge on how to setup Nagios to monitor the SAN.
We have installed Nagios SNMPTT plugin.

We have go thru the documents. But one issue we unable to get to solve. Will share the screen shot.
SMTPTT enabled to NagiosXI server and client.

I am not familiar with this Wizard or plugin but have reached out to the author @Box293 to see if he has any input.

I'm not able to help here sorry, this is provided by Dell. They used one of my existing Wizards / Plugins and greatly improved it to produce this Wizard / Plugin.

This is an Official Plug-In developed and supported by Dell EMC for Nagios XI
