Fetch unconfigured objects

Have not looked around for this, maybe something is readily available.

Is there a method to fetch the list of unconfigured hosts and services from command line or API? We are looking for emailing unconfigured objects as a report to admin, as we do not want to put in a process in place for someone to manually check for unconfigured objects on the interface.

If you go to Admin -> Unconfigured Objects
you can schedule this page as a report
