XI 5.5 action_url/notes_url does not expand variables

The new action_url/notes_url functionality provided by [TPS#7893] does not expand Nagios macros.

Example: action_url has been defined as https://$HOSTNAME$
It does not expand to the actual host name in XI but it works well in Nagios Core navigating to tab Advanced, More Options, View in Nagios core and then hover over or click "Extra Actions"

I was able to recreate the issue, and filed an internal bug report (task_id=13387). Thank you for reporting this issue!
