I did, now this is what I get

root@usvanagiospxi3:(07-10 16:34): /tmp/nagiosxi/subcomponents/xicomponents/components/nagvis
# ./upgrade.sh
Backing up old NagVis install ...
tar: Removing leading `/' from member names
Loaded plugins: amazon-id, rhui-lb, search-disabled-repos, versionlock
Package rsync-3.1.2-4.el7.x86_64 already installed and latest version
Nothing to do
Updating for apache 2.4 if we need to...
NagVis upgraded to 1.9.8-nagios
root@usvanagiospxi3:(07-10 16:34): /tmp/nagiosxi/subcomponents/xicomponents/components/nagvis

rbuckle, you have /usr/local/nagvis as a mount point and not a directory?

When you modified the install script, did you change the mv line to cp to the expected location or something? did you then remove the contents of the directory before it proceeded?
