Nagios+OTRS

Post by jbennett »

I realize this is likely a very simple question, but I can't figure out how I'm supposed to install the Nagios+OTRS.tar scripts that you find here:

http://exchange.nagios.org/directory/Ad ... on/details

Do I:

A) Upload these files to the host manually?
B) Install these individually via the plug-in installer in Admin CP?
C) Create these manually in commands, etc.?

This was uploaded to the exchange anonymously almost 4 years ago. I looked at the tarball and it looks like this was designed to work with core and I have no idea what is supposed to be done with the SysConfigBackup.pm in the otrs folder...

Usually with 3rd party items we would recommend contacting the author, but this item doesn't seem to have one... :?:

Yeah - that's why I was asking. Since it was 4 years ago, I'm going to assume it's a no go.

Thanks!
