Hello,
I'm running Nagios XI 2014R2.7 on rhel 6.9 64bits server in an offline environment.
I have migrated the server to a new datacenter, with no internet access.
My license has been renewed, but as I can't connect to internet, the server shows license expired message
Old server (online):
New server (offline):
I have set a proxy in nagios, but it is available for https only, thus not working...
Is there a way to get the license updated when no internet access is possible?
Cheers
BL

Re: License update in offline environment
Have you started out by removing the license key (setting it to trial or no key) and then replacing the key? If that does not work let us know. Since this is an old version of XI I am not sure how well it'll work. I know for sure that XI 5.5 is using https connections for getting maintenance/update data.

Re: License update in offline environment
There is a procedure to get this working if your proxy is unable to get to the Nagios API. Please contact [email protected] with your XI information and let them know you need to get your offline server's maintenance updated and they will walk you through the procedure.
