System components showing Unkown state

even thought it seams Nagios is working fine, Monitoring Engine, Performance Grapher and Database Backend show Unkown state and in System components status and Event Manager show stopped after restarting Nagios

Please close this case. we already started one of the same (After Upgrade - XI System Component Status).
