Reports Issues after Upgrade

After the latest Upgrade to 5.5.1 the Reports Page does not work as expected.
In fact it isnt working at all. When opened the Reports Page Displays 3 Dots swelling and deflating and this maybe forever while no one can open any other Page on the XI Server.
To get the Webinterface running again i have to reboot the hole System...
I had Issues upgrading because we are in an Offline Env and no one ever cares about that kind of Customer.
Might there be an Issue with wkhtmltox? I had to install that one offline...

Can you send in a system profile.zip form Admin -> System Profile
