Recurring Downtime

Hi Team,

Few servers configured under recurring downtime . But still NagiosXI is generating host-down alerts even if those servers in recurring down time.
May i know the reason ?

What version of XI are you running?

Is it just marking an alert in the log, or is it sending an actual notification?

NagiosXI version 5.5.1 .

It is sending email notifications and creating alert log in notifications tab.

How many hosts do you have recurring downtimes for?

There is a known issue, but deleting and re-creating the recurring downtimes should resolve the issue.
