Service Summary Duration in wrong time zone

The duration times on the Service Summary screen appear to be in the wrong time
zone while other times on the same screen appear to be correct. The durations are
4 hours off. Ie. if a service is down for 1 minute it appears 4h 1m. Pls. see the
attached screenshot.

Please go to Admin -> Ssystem Profile and click View System info and report the output in the Date/Time section
