Monitoring vmware photon OS appliance

How we can monitor an appliance having 'vmware photon OS' ? By OS, we mean CPU usage, Memory Usage,etc.
We can't install agent on it. We need to have client-less monitoring only.
Kindly let us know the complete details and share a document, if any.
